Our "Matcha Soba" features homemade noodles made with carefully selected buckwheat flour and Kyoto-grown matcha. The "Ni-Hachi Teuchi Soba" is made fresh daily, and we only serve what we prepare that day in limited quantities.

We do not use any chemical seasonings in our dashi. Instead, we use plenty of natural ingredients like kombu from Rausu, katsuobushi, urume, and mejika.

Additionally, we offer a variety of homemade udon and rice bowls.
