To put it simply, the famous Matsusaka beef is 100% female! At Yakiniku Yanaka, we don’t focus on brand names; our priority is the quality of female black-haired wagyu. Brand-name beef is just that—a brand. When a product carries a brand name, the price skyrockets! The same goes for beef; brand-name cuts are traded at high prices, making it difficult to offer them at reasonable rates.
