Akiruno City, located just 60 minutes from downtown Tokyo, is surrounded by beautiful nature that produces a variety of unique local foods. One of the highlights is the "Satoyama Bento," made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients from the Itsukaichi area.

We offer a maximum of 10 servings per day, so please make a reservation.
*Available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with a limit of 5 servings on those days. Reservations allow for up to 10 servings.

Our homemade soba, made with inaka flour, features a strong aroma and flavor. This is our signature dish, crafted with a focus on fragrance, taste, and texture. We use buckwheat flour that includes the husks for added depth.

The dashi is made with high-quality honkatsu, providing a clean taste, while the dipping sauce is a unique blend of spicy soy sauce, showcasing our original soba.
