Our shop uses Yamamoto Kurokawa Maruimo for our tororo, known for its strong stickiness and rich flavor. As the name suggests, it is grown in Nara and is also used in traditional herbal medicine for vitality and fatigue recovery. We focus on local ingredients for our side dishes, featuring seasonal vegetables.
