At our restaurant, we take pride in our handmade dishes, always putting in that extra effort to delight our customers. We focus on using fresh ingredients sourced from local natural products, ensuring you enjoy seasonal delicacies at their best.

Ginger is directly procured from a contracted farm in Wakayama, and we prepare a year's supply (about 100 kg) during the season when new ginger is available in summer.

Our ponzu sauce is made with sudachi from Tokushima, and we only serve handmade products, including our specially crafted soy sauce.

Our most popular dish, simmered anago (conger eel), is so tender it melts in your mouth, receiving high praise from many customers.

From autumn to winter, our standout offerings include our highly popular mackerel dishes. We take pride in our mackerel kizushi, grilled mackerel sushi, and Matsumae sushi, which are unmatched in quality.

During the party season, we recommend trying our live tecchiri hot pot course, featuring freshly caught fish from our tank, and our natural kue (grouper) hot pot course, which is sure to satisfy your cravings.
