At our restaurant, we serve a variety of Kanto-style eel dishes, featuring live eel that is steamed to perfection and grilled over charcoal. Our eel sauce is made with carefully selected soy sauce and... mirin, and we use 100% Niigata Uonuma Koshihikari rice. In addition to the classic Unaju, we highly recommend our "Ainose Ju," which allows you to enjoy both white grilled and kabayaki eel. In the evening, we also offer course meals that pair beautifully with sake from Nara. The warm wooden interior provides a cozy atmosphere, and we have options for private dining or full restaurant rentals. Enjoy a blissful moment with us!
