Located along National Route 2, with parking available, is "Toshichan," a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant that has been loved by everyone for 23 years. We use fresh noodles for our Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The star ingredient, cabbage, is cut a bit thicker to enhance its natural flavor.

Instead of pressing down the okonomiyaki, we steam it to achieve a fluffy texture.
