Thanks to your support, we are celebrating our 25th anniversary! Since our opening, couples who visited us have now come to enjoy yakitori with their three generations. At the same time, the three brothers who grew up with our yakitori have started working alongside their father, all contributing to what Torii Ichiban is today.

When we have reservations or waiting customers, we kindly ask for a one-and-a-half-hour time limit for your visit. This approach reflects our commitment to responding to our customers' feelings towards Torii Ichiban and shows our effort to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Torii Ichiban is not just an izakaya or a typical yakitori shop; it might be best enjoyed like a ramen shop. We value the connection with our customers, making it easy for first-time visitors to feel at home. Our greatest happiness would be to see more fans who love Torii Ichiban, rather than just regulars.

We aim to be the ultimate restaurant that is attractive in every aspect, not just in taste, and we will continue to do our best through trial and error! Relax and enjoy the simple pleasures without too much expectation.

We ask for a changeover every hour and a half, so we take that as a guideline when accepting reservations for intermediate times. If the previous guests arrive late or do not change over on time, we will hold your table, but we may not be able to seat you on time, and you might have to wait. While it’s best to have a smooth experience without any waiting, we will do our best to make it worth the wait for those who want to come in!
