Our restaurant specializes in tonkatsu made with domestically sourced pork, such as Ise Chikara Pork from Mie Prefecture and Mikawa Mochi Pork from Aichi. The interior features a calm atmosphere with a modern Japanese design, and we have a tatami room that can accommodate up to 18 guests.

Ise Chikara Pork is raised in a stress-free environment, resulting in high-quality meat. Additionally, we implement a maturation period during the latter half of the rearing process, allowing subcutaneous fat to permeate the meat. This results in finely marbled, flavorful, and firm meat.
