On Friday nights, our "banquet" features hidden gems from Chita, with the chef showcasing a variety of dishes from his extensive repertoire. For example, "Unne (Tsumetagai)" is carefully prepared to ensure it's tender and delicious. Nowadays, more people in Tokoname are also creating dishes with Unne. Additionally, we offer "Sakekasu Ramen," made with sake lees from our co-owned Sawada Brewery. This dish warms you up during the cold winter months with its refined broth and rich flavor. These are just a part of our omakase menu, ensuring there's always something new to enjoy!
