This is a creative restaurant specializing in tofu, now celebrating its 31st year. Dishes made with 100% domestically produced soybeans are safe and low in calories. Our signature items include "Tofu Kabayaki," which surprises with its texture reminiscent of steamed eel, and "Tofu Hamburger."
