Our soba is made using traditional Shinshu buckwheat flour from Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, combining the best of both machine-made and hand-crafted techniques. As a result, the noodles have a texture that closely resembles hand-pulled soba.

The dashi broth is carefully prepared by our skilled chefs to enhance the flavor of the noodles and is also used in our side dishes.

For our tempura, we use the latest cooking equipment, "Dr. Fry," to ensure a healthy and delicious experience.

Our donburi menu is available for takeout.
