We take pride in offering soba that emphasizes aroma, allowing you to enjoy its rich flavor that captures the essence of nature.

Our popular Yuzukiri Soba is made with Sarashina flour and grated yuzu peel, giving it an exceptional citrus fragrance.

Additionally, our handmade Seiro Soba is also a favorite, featuring a refined and subtly sweet taste.
