From Tanba, Hyogo Prefecture, we proudly present our first location! Featured in numerous media outlets, welcome to "Tanba Nabe Hormone Kawamura." Here, we don’t just grill or boil the hormone like in traditional motsunabe. Nabe hormone is a new way to enjoy hormone dishes by simmering them.
