Our menu is not based on the ingredients from Sauce Maker O's business department.We offer a variety of dishes including Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba, and many other items. Enjoy our creative dishes like "Sujinegi-yaki" made with domestic Wagyu Achilles tendon and sinew, simmered for two days, and "Cheese & Cheese." Takeout is available!
We use carefully selected ingredients, including Kagoshima's Chami Pork and Akadama eggs, along with high-quality flour sourced from cake shops and long-established bakeries, which we enhance in-house! Our Yakisoba noodles are custom-made!
Please note that our Takoyaki is freshly made to order, but for those in a hurry, we have some available in HK.
