After training at a prestigious traditional kaiseki restaurant, we opened a tempura specialty shop. The interior features only counter seating, creating a serene Japanese atmosphere with jazz music playing in the background.
Our tempura, fried in a high-quality blended oil, is known for its light and refreshing texture.
