For pork, we select Satsuma Chami Pork and other carefully chosen ingredients. Our duck comes from Osaka Kawachi, and we grill it using our secret sauce, passed down since 1978 from "Tori Fuku" in Yao, Osaka, along with natural red rock salt from the Andes Mountains, all cooked over Jotatsu Bincho charcoal.
