【Creative Izakaya Yasu】 proudly offers fresh fish directly from fishermen in Akashi. One of the most popular dishes is the "Sashimi Platter," featuring incredibly fresh fish caught during the unique "Hirunami" fishing method in Akashi, allowing you to fully enjoy seasonal flavors.

You can also savor high-quality wagyu beef, including Omi beef, in sukiyaki or shabu-shabu style.

The sake selection is impressive, with around 20 varieties available, including about 10 seasonal options. Among them, we highly recommend "Hōken" from Hiroshima, a junmai ginjo made with the sake rice "Aiyama," offering a fruity and elegant taste.
