Soba to Sake Fukumoto

Reopened in December 2019, we have shifted our focus from delivery to in-store sales, enhancing the flavor of our soba. Our Ni-hachi soba, made from carefully selected stone-ground buckwheat flour, boasts a delightful aroma and firm texture, all at a reasonable price. Seasonal limited soba dishes are also highly recommended! We take pride in our selection of sake, personally sourced by the owner from specialty sake shops. Enjoy our sake along with various snacks, with a constantly changing lineup that sometimes features rare options!
