All the shrimp we serve are large Kuruma shrimp, and we use alkaline ion water for everything from soba making to drinking. Since our establishment, we have always been particular about our ingredients.

We offer a variety of seasonal specials, such as Katsuo Tataki, Shime Saba, Oyster Hot Pot, and Tempura of Spring Vegetables. You can also enjoy your favorite shochu mixed with rich soba broth, perfect for both meals and evening drinks.

For a satisfying finish, we recommend our duck soba. Please try the pairing of our aged "Kaeshi" sauce and carefully selected soba flour from Hokkaido. We look forward to welcoming you!
