We carefully mill selected buckwheat from various regions in Japan, offering 3 to 4 different types daily, each with unique flavors based on their origin, variety, and preparation method. Our buckwheat and the flour used for rolling are 100% domestically sourced. All three types of soba dipping sauce are completely free of additives, genetically modified ingredients, and white sugar. Soba is a gentle and natural food for the body. We also serve fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu and a variety of sake. We have dishes suitable for everyone, from children to the elderly, available in small portions. Please note that reservations are required for groups of 5 or more.
