Shioyaki Horumon Go

Just a 10-minute walk from Nagasaki Station, you'll find "Shioyaki Hormone Go" tucked away in a back alley next to the Chamber of Commerce building near the Sakuramachi intersection. Thanks to careful preparation, our hormone dishes have no unpleasant odors, offering a delightful, plump texture. In addition to our signature hormone, we also serve a variety of grilled meat options starting from JPY 400, including:
- Beef ribs and tongue
- Pork harami and kalbi
- Chicken heart, neck, and wings

These pair perfectly with beer, especially during this season! Opened in September 2016, our stylish interior features a white theme, and each table is equipped with a duct to keep smoke at bay. We also have counter seating, making it a comfortable spot for solo diners and families with children.

For lunch, we offer a limited menu of 20 meals that contain no chemical seasonings or additives. Additionally, you can enjoy our homemade kombu dashi mentaiko from the popular Hakata restaurant "Sushi-dokoro Go" for JPY 900 (takeout available).
