Every dish is made from 100% handmade ingredients, with our chef personally visiting local farms to select only the most reliable products.

Additionally, we process wild meats like boar and deer, sourced directly from hunters in the Kansai region, into delicious salami and homemade prosciutto for you to enjoy. During the hunting season, our chef even goes out to procure duck and mallard for exquisite game dishes.
