【4-minute walk from Chitose-Karasuyama Station】"Coup de Cochon" is a French bistro where you can enjoy homemade charcuterie, our specialty pork, game dishes, and organic pesticide-free vegetables from Yatsugatake in a cozy atmosphere. After being inspired by the casual charcuterie enjoyed by locals during my four years of training in France, I opened this restaurant with the desire to share these flavors with the Japanese people. We use "Amagi Kurobuta," known for its excellent processing, to create all our charcuterie, including ham, sausages, pâté, and confit, which take over two weeks to prepare. In addition to pork-centered dishes, we also offer seasonal game dishes featuring deer, lamb, and duck! Enjoy a variety of French home-cooked meals alongside carefully selected French wines by our sommelier owner, all in a relaxed setting.
