After self-studying Italian, I boldly visited what I believed to be the best pizzeria in Naples with...out an appointment, and spent two full years honing my skills surrounded by local artisans. This pizzeria was voted number one by the citizens of Naples, and I was honored to be allowed to take its name back home. Beyond making pizza, I hope to share the lifestyle and culture of Naples that I learned during my time there through this restaurant!
