A chocolaterie and patisserie that opened at the end of 2014. The chef, with training experience at confectionery shops in Osaka and Kobe, is dedicated to creating chocolate confections by carefully selecting and combining over 100 types of chocolate, each chosen through multiple tastings based on their origin and brand.

Among these, the specialty baked good, "Canelé," made with French honey and a unique method, has captivated many customers with its delightful texture.

Car → Go north on Shin-Midosuji and turn right towards Minoh and Katsuo-ji. On the left hand side of the second traffic light. The intersection is called "Hakushima Higashi". The parking lot is behind restaurant. Go up the side road between the orange bicycle shop and the store, and go to the back of restaurant, at numbers 22, 23, and 25. Look for the yellow sign and red pole. Bus → Hankyu Bus "Ishimaru" stop. 829 meters from Minoh Kayano.
