A genuine Okinawa soba specialty shop has opened in Fukushima, Osaka! Of course, we have the classic Sanmai Niku Soba and Soki Soba, but we also offer Pota Tama Soba (soba with spam and thinly cooked egg) and Okinawa-produced Aasa Soba.

The flavorful broth, made with kombu and katsuobushi, perfectly complements the tender pork that has been simmered for a long time, all served with noodles shipped directly from Okinawa!
