Originating in Japan, macrobiotic cuisine is now gaining global attention. In Japan, renowned musician Ryuichi Sakamoto is a fan, and in the U.S., celebrities like Madonna and Nicole Kidman are also captivated by it.

The essence of macrobiotic dining is centered around brown rice as a staple, complemented by seasonal vegetables. We use only carefully selected condiments such as soy sauce, salt, miso, oil, and dashi made from kombu and rehydrated shiitake mushrooms. We do not use sugar (though we may use beet sugar in some cases).
