We take pride in our custom-made shabu-shabu pot that combines a grill and a hot pot, allowing you to enjoy three different styles of dining at once. Our pork comes from Kagoshima's black pig, raised on sweet potatoes, sourced directly through our unique channels. For beef, we use the finest Kuroge Wagyu.

We offer four types of broth, including our signature kombu dashi, a lime-infused soy sauce dashi, a light and sweet sukiyaki-style broth, and a rich and creamy soy milk dashi. You can choose based on your mood for the day!
