At our restaurant, you can enjoy the unique Nepali drink called "Tomba." Also known as "Tunba," this beverage comes in a fascinating cylindrical container with a straw sticking out. Made entirely of aluminum, the top is covered, so you can't see the contents inside. It's a fermented millet drink made by mixing millet and koji. With a smooth and soft texture, it offers a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity, and the fruity aroma gives it a sensation similar to that of makgeolli. Enjoy!
