Udon We use Sanuki udon, directly sourced from Kagawa. The noodles have a perfect texture that is not too chewy, providing a delightful mouthfeel. Ramen Our ramen features a mild "shoyu tonkotsu soup" made with a balanced ratio of pork bone, chicken, and seafood at 4:4:2. Topped with homemade chashu, menma, and green onions. Adding our homemade soft-boiled egg enhances the flavor as it blends beautifully with the soup.

Donburi
Enjoy a rich and deep broth that complements the ingredients perfectly. Even if you have some rice left at the end, the broth is so flavorful that you'll want to savor every last grain with your chopsticks.
