Today's eel is farmed eels lovingly raised by Mikawa Tansui in Isshiki Town, Aichi Prefecture. Eels raised in the natural waters of the beautiful Yahagi River have the natural flavor of eel. In order to stock high-quality eel throughout the seasons, America uses eels from Aichi, Kagoshima, and Miyazaki. We purchase as much eel as we can each day, and prepare it while it's fresh. Once we've sold out of eel, that's it. Please note that we may close early. Unadon starts at 2,300 yen.
