Our ramen features a unique twist inspired by the Jiro-style, originating from Hiroshima! The rich tonkotsu (pork bone) broth is combined with a savory soy sauce, creating a delicious bowl of ramen. We use thick noodles topped with crunchy bean sprouts and plenty of cabbage! Plus, enjoy two generous slices of our homemade chashu (braised pork).

When ordering, you can customize your garlic and back fat levels (none, regular, or extra), as well as the firmness of the noodles and the richness of the flavor.
