Masuya

A long-established soba restaurant near Arakawa Ward Office. We take pride in our tradition since our founding, using two types of katsuobushi and hand-shaving it to create our flavorful broth. For cold soba, we serve it with our broth as is. (In non-dipping menu items, we intentionally use less broth to maintain a balanced flavor without it becoming too strong.) For hot soba, we serve it diluted with broth.

We've revamped our tempura batter based on customer feedback. We sincerely look forward to your visit!
