This restaurant was opened 35 years ago by the previous owner, who hailed from Akashi. Unfortunately, she has passed away, but her son, who has been supporting the business since its inception, is now carrying on her legacy.

Of course, you can enjoy Okonomiyaki and Monjayaki, but the authentic Akashiyaki has been a popular menu item since the beginning. Additionally, the original "Usuyaki" has recently become a favorite among customers.
