The building, constructed in 1930, was renovated from a public bath that operated until 2008. The original tiles and bath remain, transforming it into a BAR & event space where people can gather once again.

The name comes from "Lab" + "Aki-chi" (vacant lot).
We aim to create a creative bar where ideas are born through conversation.
