Our restaurant has been a specialty kushi-katsu (skewered deep-fried food) shop for 35 years in Arashiyama and 10 years in Karasuma, totaling 45 years of history. Our "Kyo Kushi Katsu" features season...al Kyoto vegetables and ingredients. We also use high-quality beef, specifically the misuji cut. Enjoy skewers made with "Manganji Pepper," "Ebiimo" (a type of taro), "Yuba" (tofu skin), and "Nama-fu" (fresh wheat gluten).
We use a blend of six types of vegetable oils for frying, ensuring our kushi-katsu is gentle on the stomach and won't leave you feeling heavy.
