Located on the 2nd floor of a building just off Nishikiya-cho Street, we offer a unique take on Kyoto's local cuisine by serving hormone (offal) in various ways, including fried and stewed, in addition to the traditional hot pot or grilled options.

Experience the rich umami flavor that hormone is known for! Our recommended stewed tail features tender meat, a flavorful broth, and refreshing tororo konbu, creating a perfect balance. The fried fukugen (lungs) has a crispy coating with a soft interior, providing a texture you won't find anywhere else.

We also have many rare dishes and secret menu items. Enjoy our signature hormone as nikogori in summer and stews in winter. If you have a craving, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
