Our restaurant opened in 1968, having received a noren (shop curtain) from a soba shop in Hanakoganei, Kodaira. We rebuilt the store in 1994 and renovated it in 2006, leading us to where we are today. Currently, there are only 470 noodle chefs in the country, and we take pride in being one of them. We use buckwheat flour from Edanbetsu in Asahikawa, Hokkaido for our soba, and our udon is made with flour sourced from Hokkaido as well. Our broth is carefully prepared daily, combined with our special tare sauce. We invite you to visit us!
