Welcome to "Kishiya," a stylish modern Japanese restaurant in the Ikeshita area. Since its establishment, the focus has been on "100% honkarebushi dashi and noodles that are never pre-cooked." Enjoy a slightly luxurious experience with our kishimen and ramen.

Our recommendation is the "Shiro" (White). This unique transparent soup is made without soy sauce, using only salt, kombu, and dashi, making it a rare find in Japan.

Our dashi-based curry kishimen and curry ramen are also very popular! With a wide variety of side dishes available, Kishiya is perfect for any occasion.
