As you open the sliding door, a warm downtown atmosphere greets you. The space features a solid counter made of pure Kiso hinoki wood, a jet-black lacquered serving table, and large shoji screens, all incorporating a sense of traditional Japanese design.

Originating from a fish shop established during the Edo period, "Kino Shita" has a history of about 150 years, evolving from a sushi shop called "Uotetsu."

The second floor offers two tatami rooms, where you can experience the charm and culture of old Japan.

Don't miss the true essence of Edomae sushi with our anago sushi, grilled anago, and small fish like kohada and saba, all capturing the rich flavors of the sea.
