The owner, a former fishmonger, is dedicated to sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes. Every day, the owner prepares dashi, and dishes that highlight its rich flavor are quite popular. However, only the freshest ingredients are selected, so the menu may change daily, offering you the chance to enjoy something special on your visit.

With over 10 years in business, we have seen an increase in customers not just from Osaka, but also from Kyoto and Hyogo. As a result, it can be difficult to secure a table, so if you're coming from afar, please give us a call in advance, and we will reserve a seat for you.
