Kappou Kita

Located in a charming corner of Matsubara Shopping Street, we have "Tenmusu Kita." Here, rice is cooked in a traditional hangiri, and the tempura is lightly battered to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. It's quickly seasoned with our homemade sauce, made from a dashi base with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.

In addition to our classic offerings, we also prepare seasonal tenmusu using fresh ingredients. In autumn, look forward to matsutake mushrooms and autumn salmon, while winter brings crab, and spring features bamboo shoots.

Don't miss our occasionally available "Beef Tenderloin" tenmusu as well.
