Our pride is in our noodles. We have set up a noodle-making area in the back of the kitchen, where we carefully manage temperature and moisture, and knead the dough by foot. The noodles are freshly cut every morning, so they are available until sold out.

To ensure freshness, we also fry our tempura only after receiving your order, so enjoy it hot and crispy alongside your noodles.

We offer four types of dipping noodles: "Kama-sui Tsukemen," "Shio Tsukemen," "Curry Tsukemen," and "Spicy Tsukemen," which provide a unique experience different from traditional udon, making them popular among people of all ages.
