At "Ebiya," you can enjoy authentic hand-made soba, freshly ground daily with a stone mill. Our homemade dipping sauce is rich in flavor, made with Shinshu soy sauce and local Kanie miso. It pairs perfectly with a selection of sake sourced from across Japan by the owner. We also recommend our tempura and side dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Seasonal limited menus are available as well. The interior features a calming wooden decor, making it suitable for everyday dining or various gatherings.
