Iekei Ramen, named after the many shops in Yokohama that have "Iekei" in their names, is characterized by its rich tonkotsu (pork bone) broth that has a strong soy sauce aroma, complemented by thick noodles that hold their own against the soup. It’s topped with plenty of chicken oil, known as chiyu.

You can customize your ramen by choosing the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and the amount of oil, making it a unique experience to find your perfect taste.
