A variety of beef and ultra-rare aged meats crafted by a charismatic aging specialist, along with seasonal vegetables selected from Kyoto and seafood delivered directly from Ise, are prepared in HISUI's original style.

The "Kougyoku Course" starts with an amuse-bouche and includes a total of 8 dishes, featuring aged meat and carefully grilled vegetables, all for JPY 9,500.

We offer a wide selection of Champagne and wine, with counter seats available for dining right in front of the teppan grill, as well as table seating for dates, business meetings, and special occasions.
