The owner, Harutaka Takahashi, trained for 12 years at the renowned "Sukiyabashi Jiro" before establishing "Aozora" at the young age of 33 in 2006.

The firm rice, seasoned with a unique balance of rice vinegar and salt, melts in your mouth with an exquisite texture. Takahashi's meticulous and elegant craftsmanship shines through in his sushi, showcasing the essence of Aozora. Particularly noteworthy is the tuna, offered in three varieties: akami, chutoro, and otoro, allowing you to savor each distinct flavor.
