Our restaurant offers a wide variety of rare, fresh ingredients that can only be enjoyed in their natural state. With our natural hon-maguro (bluefin tuna), we provide unique cuts like "notan" (the to...p of the head), "hoho" (cheek), and "men-niku" (eye meat) that are hard to find elsewhere! We also have the elusive "sarashikuji" (the lower jaw of the whale) that will impress even the most discerning connoisseurs.

Equally important is our "shari-su" (sushi rice vinegar). We blend summer citrus from Hagi in a unique recipe and let it mature for three months, resulting in a rich and mellow flavor. Additionally, we have a selection of Japanese sake to enjoy with your meal, including the rare local sake from Yamaguchi, "Toyo Bijin Jipangu" and "Dassai," which are hard to come by.

Our spacious restaurant has a total of 100 seats spread across three floors, each accessible by elevator for easy movement.
