Welcome to Hachisuke, a cozy spot located along Matsuyacho in Osaka, celebrating 26 years of serving delicious dishes! We offer firm soba made from Fukui's buckwheat flour and Sanuki udon crafted from Kagawa's wheat flour, perfectly paired with dashi made from bonito caught in Makurazaki, Kagoshima. You definitely have to give it a try!

At our restaurant, we don’t use any chemical seasonings or food additives, so you can enjoy every last drop of our flavorful dashi. Our udon and soba are also gentle on the body, making them a safe choice for children.
